So cute! My nephew is going to love this for his new bike
This little duckie is a great bicycle decoration. Spinning propeller while biking, a light for visibility (flashing or standing light) and a squeaker to let people know you are coming. Super fun! It doesn’t attach to the bike in a very secure fashion so we’ll have to make sure to take extra precautions from it being stolen.

So cute, adorable, funny – but not safe for toddlers
We were looking for a bike bell such that has adjustable strap to be placed on toddler bike ( we have SEREED) or on toddler first scooter (we have mini Microkick board) and both bike and scooter have thicker handles than most children bikes or scooters, about 30 santimeters in diameter versus typical 21-22 santimetrs. The duck looked as a good choice, especially since it has helmet (we had hard time to convince our toddler to wear helmet and seeing the duck in helmet on his bike convinced him right away, and we appreciate this very much). In addition to being just so adorable, the duck has adjustable stra, can quack and squeak as his rubber relatives do, is a light-up and has a propeller that actually works. But with all the pros above there are some cons, that make this bike bell not suitable for toddler. The strap closure is not very tight,it is rather loose, and getting open/disconnected easily so duck is falling of quite often with just a little pull with those small hands, or when the bike bumps, which happens a lot with a toddler. The propeller works grest whem little hands turn it but doesn’t work when a toddler is riding his bike – probably because of the not so fast speed. It is absolutely impossible for toddler to get the light on, especially with ducky wearing helmet, the same apply to switching the light off if mommy or daddy helped to switch it on. Grandma also can not neither switch the light on/off or change mode from flashing to steady and backward. The light itself is very bright, which is good for biking at night, but is not good for toddler’s eyes. Our toddler ois able to produce sound and ducky squeaks when being squished, but since toddlers do not let it go, the poor ducky sounds as it is his last squeak and he is begging for help to free him from those grabby hands. And the last thing that makes this bell not good for a toddler – the light case with enclosed coin battery is very small and very accessible – it is practically falls out from duck’s bottom when duck is being squeezed too much, or if toddler is trying to pull it from the duck using the straps. With all said – we unfortunately will return this bell as it is not safe for a toddler, though we do like this ducky very much and appreciate all ideas listed as pros.May be later on, when our toddler is a big kid we will buy it again. We are confident, that big kids, teenagers and adults as well would really enjoy that adorable ducky-bell, it is just not quite right for a toddler.

UPDATE: Increased in hp, 1,000% coolness and attention grabber
Update 2: it’s been about 3 years now since I’ve had this? I’m now on another bike a 2021 zx6r and the duck has been going strong, holds on without a flinch and definitely been good. It does have some wear to it from weather, dirt and usual that doesn’t wash off well at this point and the squish factor is still there just ever so slightly stiff. Light is completely dead as in no new batteries work and any electrical work may or may not revive it. Definitely still worth the buy, will be buying a new one soon to retire my lil guy.Update: it’s been five months now and it has remained strong i will add that it seems from the reviews there might be a difference in all the ducks out there as some claim it flew off, the helmet fell out, or the strap was brittle and i will like to add to issues to put thread lock on the propeller as mine popped off in middle of a ride. I can say mine held strong it has not slid back or anything and i got a new ride i put him on and ripping 100mph+ (for research purposes) the lil duckster has not been fazed by the winds and leans. But with reviews i will say take precautions, glue the helmet on, thread lock the propeller, and zip ties if you are using this on a motorcycle. Some say you will feel feel a 300hp increase when you install this bad boy and will make you 1,000% cooler and glide through the roads of Valhalla knowing your new little buddy will be your watchful eyes and protection. On a serious note though this is one cool little addition to my bike I installed this on a motorcycle and I will note to add this to the thickest part of the bar to have a snug fit otherwise it will slowly slide back if it’s in the open but if you have a windscreen it should be good, other than that this guy withstood some high winds, sharp turns, and high rpm vibration like a champ. Install is super easy and very simple that it looks almost like it would fall off easily but it stood on for an hour ride on a windy night like a champ. The duckie has two light modes a continuous blinking and regular light up.

Cool
Been hanging and spinning on my handlebars for over the last 2 years, 6 to 10 miles a day, 5 or 6 days a week. Has yet to break or fall off. Light still works also.

It’s not a bell
Of course it’s cute! It’s a rubber ducky! However it’s not a bell and that’s the reason I ordered it for a bell. The whole thing comes in pieces and needs to be put together so not worth the money charged. So that being said it was disappointing

You have to love this little guy.
I was looking for a small horn to put on my small mobility scooter. It’s quite small (folds up and weighs only 33 lbs). It’s a necessity for me when I go out. However because of it’s size it’s easy to overlook. Especially in places where people are zipping by with big loaded carts. So, a horn of some type was my goal. Didn’t want anything big or really loud. Couldn’t believe it when I saw the little duck. I ordered it and was delighted when it arrived. It was perfect!! People can hear it and they tend to be more polite and receptive than they are with the big noisy ones. people smile. It was easy to attach to the handle bar. Did have some difficulty with the helmet strap because it is so small and hard to pull apart. Also the propeller, while really cute tends to come loose and the only way to tighten it is to remove the helmet. He’s quite adorable and does get attention.
